      Yes, we handle tear-out and disposal, then prep the subfloor before installing the new floor.

    • Can you install over existing floors?

      Sometimes — it depends on the material and subfloor condition, which we check before starting.

    • How long until I can walk on it?

      Laminate is usually ready right away; tile needs curing time for the mortar and grout, which we'll explain.

    We first hired Max Construction and Remodeling inc to repair existing, and install new crown molding. We were so impressed with the quality of work, we had them come back to replace a few doors and install a new kitchen floor. They replaced our ugly vinyl flooring with beautiful porcelain tile. Max and Serg are professional, detail oriented, and very skilled in all areas of renovation, so we will be having them back soon to do a few more projects.
